How Will it Work?

  • Establish a corporate affiliates program centered around the theme of Intelligent Imaging Systems
  • Sign up select companies who are interested in intelligent imaging (from biomedical companies to consumer imaging to infrared imaging) and pay a membership fee
  • The membership fee minus administrative costs goes into a pool
  • The pool is used to fund pilot projects
  • Faculty compete for these pilot funds and the industrial affiliates members participate in an industry day and vote on choosing a certain number every year based on their interest
  • Sharing of IP as outlined  in CAP Agreement
  • Annual Corporate Day for Members/UNM/National Labs
